Nature Abstraction
Challenge
Focusing on creating a three frame styleframe sequence that connected one area or "scene" to another. As opposed to only relying on more motion design reference, the project revolved around also using inspiration from the outside world. In this case, specifically the Marie Selby Botanical Gardens. Using photo reference to explore shape-based abstraction and consistent shape language.

Reference Gathering
To gather some real-world reference, I traveled to a local Botanical Gardens. Focusing on capturing a mix of man-made and natural elements. Varying in size and shape.

Initial Abstraction
Before the full frames, sets of shape languages were explored and how they could be used to visualize details found from the garden. Helping push towards the final look.
