This project focused on getting more experience with "rigging" in After Effects. This was done through creating an "Imaginary Machine" with multiple moving parts that was all connected
Software
Adobe After Effects, Illustrator, and Photoshop
Using a combination of vector shapes, trim paths, colorized collage elements, and fake shadows added up to 46 connected layers just for the machine. Tritone tints and curve or level adjustments were used for the night time color correction. Glows, compound blurs, and a gradient ramp were used to create the flashlight and other light effects.
