2D Animated Poster
Tasked with creating a looping animated poster, influenced by the work and message of a specific artist and potential gallery exhibition. Exploring artists beyond motion design and their processes. In this case, for an exhibition of artist Sarah Sze. Who is known for her large scale sculptures and mix of collage and painting.
Software
Adobe After Effects, Illustrator and Photoshop
To achieve a rough paper ripping effect, I used a separate ripped paper texture animated. Then using an inverted luma matte on the original paper to the animated texture.
